Refund Policy
1) Guiding principles (read first)

Our work is spiritual, kundli‑based, and highly personalized. Deliverables (yantras, mantras, readings, designs, rituals) are intangible and cannot be returned once created or accessed.

To preserve the integrity of dharma‑aligned work and avoid karmic misuse, all sales are generally final. Where the law requires a remedy, we will offer the minimum lawful remedy (e.g., rectification, reschedule, or store credit) instead of cash refunds wherever permitted.
2) No‑refund items (All Sales Final)
Unless required by law, no refunds are provided for:

Digital content & downloads (yantras, PDFs, guides, prompts, recordings) once delivered or access is granted.

Custom works created from your inputs (including kundli/birth details), regardless of perceived outcomes.

Memberships/Pricing Plans once the term has started (including auto‑renewed terms already charged). Cancel future renewals at any time.

Used or partially used sessions and missed appointments.

Plan add‑ons, discounts, promo codes, and gift purchases.
Spiritual rationale: Dharma‑oriented creations are considered non‑returnable—their energetic intent cannot be “undone” or re‑sold without distorting purpose. Thank you for honoring this boundary.
3) When a refund or credit may be given (limited)
We may provide a refund or store credit (our choice unless law dictates otherwise) for:

Duplicate payment or accidental double charge (verified by us or the gateway).

Unauthorized/fraudulent charge (after investigation; we may require a bank letter or police report).

We cancel a service or cannot deliver within a reasonable time and no equivalent reschedule is possible.

Failure to deliver access to digital content due to a platform error that we cannot fix within 7 days of your report.

Any mandatory right under applicable law that cannot be waived.
Refund method & timing: Eligible refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after approval (gateway timelines may vary). Gateway/processing fees may be non‑refundable where the processor does not return them.
4) Bookings — reschedule, late, and no‑show

Reschedule window: You may reschedule [24/48] hours before the appointment start time (one courtesy reschedule per booking).

Late cancellations / no‑shows: Cancellations within [24/48] hours or missed appointments are charged in full and count as used if from a plan with limited sessions.

Provider delays: If we are late or must reschedule, we will offer a new slot. If no suitable slot exists within [14] days, we may issue a store credit.
5) Memberships & renewals

Start of access: Plan benefits begin immediately on purchase unless stated otherwise. Once access starts, the current term is non‑refundable.

Auto‑renewal: If enabled, plans renew automatically. You can cancel renewal any time before the next billing date in My Subscriptions.

Benefit changes: We may update benefits; any material change will be announced in advance or applied at the next term.
6) Quality issues & rectification

For custom works or downloads with clear errors (e.g., misspelling, broken file, corrupted link), request a fix within 7 days of delivery at shaktikaaldharma@gmail.com with your order ID and a brief description. We will repair or re‑deliver.

Subjective dissatisfaction (e.g., “did not resonate,” “no results”) is not a defect and does not qualify for a refund.
7) Chargebacks & disputes

If you initiate a chargeback, your access may be suspended during the investigation. We provide evidence (order logs, access records) to the processor and may close the account for abuse.

8) Legal compliance & regional notices

India (primary): This policy aligns with Indian consumer law for digital services and customized goods, which may not mandate refunds once service is rendered/access granted.

EU/UK: You may have a statutory withdrawal right for distance purchases. Exceptions apply once you (a) expressly consent to immediate supply of digital content and acknowledge loss of the right to withdraw after download/access begins, or (b) book services for a specific date/time. We rely on these exceptions where applicable.

US/California: We honor any non‑waivable rights under state/federal law.
Nothing in this Policy limits rights you cannot waive under applicable law.
9) How to request a refund/resolution
Email shaktikaaldharma@gmail.com with: full name, order ID, purchase date, reason, and supporting files/screenshots. We respond within 3–5 business days. If approved, see Section 3 for method/timing.
10) Abuse, fraud, and safety
We may refuse a refund, revoke credits, or close accounts where we suspect fraud, abuse, excessive disputes, or policy violations. We may also report illegal activity to authorities.
11) Force majeure
We are not liable for delays or non‑performance caused by events beyond our control (e.g., outages, natural disasters, war, platform failures). In such cases, we will reschedule or offer store credit where appropriate.
12) Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The new effective date will appear at the top. Material changes may be notified on‑site or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Policy.
