1) Personal data we collect (only what’s required)

Account – name (or display name), email, password (hashed by the platform), optional phone.

Memberships – plan purchased, start/renewal/expiry dates, status, and eligibility (e.g., access to Vault, services). We do not collect more than is needed to verify access.

Bookings – service booked, date/time, and status (confirmed/cancelled). We do not store detailed session notes by default.

Orders/Payments – order ID, amount, currency, payment status and tokenized references from the payment processor. We do not store full card/UPI details.

Technical (essential only) – IP address and device/browser data captured by the platform for security and basic operation; essential cookies to keep you logged in and run the cart/checkout.

Optional data you provide – messages sent via forms or support. Please avoid sharing others’ personal information.

We do not buy/sell personal data. We do not use third‑party advertising trackers.

2) Why we use your data

• Provide services and memberships (create accounts, authenticate, give plan access, fulfill bookings).

• Process payments & prevent fraud (through our payment processor).

• Communicate with you about purchases, bookings, renewals, and important updates.

• Legal compliance (tax/accounting, security).

• Optional marketing only with your consent or where permitted; you can opt out anytime.

Legal bases depend on your location and include contract, legitimate interests, consent, and legal obligation.

3) Cookies & analytics

• We use essential cookies for security, login, and checkout.

• Analytics (optional) may be offered to improve the site; it is off unless you consent via the cookie banner/settings.

4) Your rights
